Our Scheduled Home Cleans are charged at a flat rate, based on property size and number of cleaners required. Prices typically range from $200 for 1–2 bedroom homes to $480–$540 for larger or luxury properties. A minimum 3-hour booking applies to all scheduled cleans. Pricing includes eco-friendly products, professional equipment, and reliable, consistent service.

We provide thorough and reliable Airbnb and short-stay cleans, ensuring your property is guest-ready every time. Our team can also offer optional supply restocking for essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and eco-friendly cleaning products, saving you time and stress.

Included in this service:

• Full clean of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

• Changeover-ready presentation for new guests

• Light tidy of outdoor areas if applicable (decks, verandahs, pool surrounds)

• Optional supply restock add-on: consumables provided and replenished per guest stay

Airbnb and Short-Stay Cleans are charged at a flat rate, based on property size and scope. Prices range from $220 for 1–2 bedroom properties, $390 for 3-bedroom homes, and $520–$600 for larger or luxury properties. A minimum 3-hour booking applies. Our optional Supply & Restock Service is available for $30 per clean, plus the cost of consumables used (charged at cost and itemised).

For unexpected guests, events, or tight schedules, we offer Last-Minute Cleans. These services are designed to provide a high-quality clean on short notice.

Included in this service:

• Focused cleaning of key priority areas (bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces)

• Light tidying and surface wiping

• Optional supply restock (if booked in advance)

Last-Minute Cleans are charged at an hourly rate of $60 per cleaner, with a 25% last-minute surcharge due to short-notice scheduling. A minimum 3-hour booking applies. These cleans require full payment upfront and are subject to availability. Final pricing is based on the number of cleaners and time required to complete the clean to our standard.

Our Heavy Duty or Bond Cleans are for properties requiring a deep, detailed clean. Perfect for moving in or out, post-renovation, or when your home needs a thorough reset.

Included in this service:

• Full cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

• Inside cupboards, drawers, and cabinets

• Deep cleaning of appliances, ovens, and rangehoods

• Skirting boards, vents, doors, and windows (internal)

• Light outdoor tidy if applicable

Additional Notes:

• Heavy-duty cleans require careful time allocation and often exceed the 3-hour minimum

• We do not provide a linen change service but can wash/dry linen onsite if client provides laundry facilities

• We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products to achieve a premium result

Heavy Duty and Bond Cleans are charged at an hourly rate of $80 per cleaner, with a minimum 3-hour booking. The final cost is determined by the size and condition of the property. Where possible, an estimate will be provided in advance; however, if additional time is required due to unforeseen conditions, the clean will continue at the agreed hourly rate. Clients will be notified if the job exceeds the initial estimate.

To make managing your property even easier, Byron Eco Luxe Cleaning offers an optional Supply & Restock Service for Airbnb and short-stay properties.

This service is designed for hosts who want peace of mind knowing their property is consistently stocked, beautifully presented, and guest-ready, without needing to monitor supplies between stays.

At each clean, we can check, top up, and replace essential guest consumables, ensuring your property feels welcoming, considered, and professionally managed.

All supplies provided are high-quality and eco-conscious, aligned with our values and the expectations of modern, environmentally aware guests.
